The hotel's location near the science park and on a very busy roundabout was convenient for visiting the expo area and the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. The bathroom had a great shower, and the hotel catered for pets. There was also secure underground car parking available.

We had a seamless check-in experience, even when our travel companion couldn't make it. The hotel was accommodating, allowing her to fax in the confirmation for our discount. The free breakfast provided a satisfying spread of breads, pastries, cold cuts, and beverages. Despite the room being a bit small and lacking a fan in the toilet, we managed just fine. The location was a short and affordable cab ride away from the old city.

Despite my negative experience, I have to give credit to the hotel staff who were super good. They were helpful and attentive throughout my stay. the room was great for the price, with clean and decent-sized accommodations. The towels were renewed each day, a small but appreciated gesture. the best part of my stay was witnessing the hotel staff's compassion and quick action when they found abandoned kittens near the hotel. It showed me that they genuinely cared about their guests and the well-being of others.
The neighborhood felt a little rough and there were no restaurants or shops nearby.

It was within walking distance of the City of Arts and Sciences, and there was a bus station nearby for easy access to the city center. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with all the basic amenities I required, including a cozy sofa bed and reliable air conditioning. Additionally, the continental breakfast provided was satisfactory, giving me a good start to the day.
